Making a photo quilt with fabric and ribbons?

My parents are comming from Florida for their anniversary,I would like to make a phto quilt for them but cant sew..i know you cant put holes in the corners and tie ribbon..but how do i go about getting photos put on fabric..where its not so expensive..I live neer milwaukee if that helps !

There is a huge JoAnn Fabrics Superstore in Brookfield (see the first link for a map). They will have photo transfer fabric that you can put through your printer. Ask the people working there - they're very helpful and can direct you to the stuff you need.

The second link is to a no sew quilt that uses fabric, ribbons and cut out gingerbread men. Instead of the gingerbread men, just applique your printed photos using the same instructions.
