Does anyone remember an old cartoon movie that had cats singing set in France?

This was made probably in the 70's or 80's. I remember the male cat was named something like Jean-Tom. The female cat was named something like Musset. Also the male cat had a special attack move he did whenever he saw a mouse and he had a sidekick that was kind of like a kitten. The female cat dreamed of going to Paris to become a 'fancy feline' instead of staying in the country as a regular cat. When she finally makes it to Paris she meets up with a villain cat that is mostly black with some white parts and he has some thug cats that are all black and somewhat dim.

It was called "Gay Purr-ee," and had the voices of Judy Garland and Robert Goulet. I think it came out in the early '60's. BTW, the male cat's name was "Jaune Tom," the word jaune being the French word for "yellow."
