Is it okay to wear gold and silver jewelry together?
I recently purchased a sterling silver charm bracelet. I already had a sterling silver watch (its my only watch) that I got for Christmas. However, my engagement ring, my hoop earrings and my necklace are gold. I wear my bracelet and watch on separate wrists of course. Does it look funny wearing the different metals together?
It is okay to an extent. I don't think all of those things would look good together. Pick and choose 2 or 3 to wear at a time to accentuate the outfit that you are wearing. You have to consider you will always be wearing your engagement ring. If you wear the watch on your right wrist, that would look good. Then maybe the next day wear the bracelet on your right wrist and your gold necklace as well. You can pick items based on the hairstyle you'll be having as well.
